After Amitabh Bachchan’s tweet declaring Aishwarya RaiBachchan in pregnancy, had an actor to leave her role in Madhur Bhandarkar’s “Heroine”. Now the actor has returned a check to her producer, who was sent to her as signing amount for the film.
Sources said that the ashes were not asked to return the check and senior officials of UTV Motion Pictures were surprised when the check was returned.
Sources reveal that the film was shot in eight days, and Aishwarya were there for the shooting schedule. She also participated in the “look test” (where the actress was photographed in her filmy costumes). Therefore, she was in her rights (by law) to keep the signing amount, and also she could have claimed a part of her acting duties.
Aishwarya did not. In fact, she was also informed that she is no more a part of the project as the ideal producers could have waited a couple months for her. They announced that the film was, and now the movie is on again, “says a source close to the actor. The production house and Aishwarya’s official representative confirmed the check is returned.
Today, soured relations between Madhur and Bachchan apparently a lot. But it’s still the same, but on shaky ground with the production company, sources said.
